Update work out status

6 days ago I injured my knee when playing soccer and tomorrow I'll see the doctor since the extension and flex of the joint isn't that much better. Even if I know it'll take maybe 6-8 weeks to completely recover (if the ligament aren't worse than I think) I'd hope that it would have become better as of today.

Still, I can do upper body workout and take short walks, but that's it and it's something anyway.


I believe it's the LCL that has been traumatized in some way, but we'll see tomorrow...
